It still acts as a title bar in that I can click in the appropriate spots and it works, but it doesn't show the buttons.
One big problem is that the title bar, minimise and close buttons don't display on Linux.
The launcher seems to be a little glitchy on Linux (which is not one of SE's supported platforms so this isn't a complaint, just a note):
